Thanks to those that provided feedback on my quest. It appears the N088551 is in fact 14088551. I found the matching GM 5.0 LG on the other side of the block. The V0507UFO is in fact V0507UFC. However seems to be an disconnect between the two on the year of the motor. They agree that the cu in is 305 but UFC dates the motor at 1980 while the 14088551 dates the motor between 86-92. No worries since it's a 305 I'm not likely to reuse it. Again thanks for the assist.
