I vote to replace the worn parts. Check the rest of the front end and go with what you need. A lot less expensive, and it's not likely that you need EVERYTHING. It may have been 15 years, but how many miles are on it since then, honestly? You obviously keep an eye on it, just check it out when you are under it in the future and maybe once a year give it a good once over.
