I answered an add exactly like this about 6 months ago. Sounds like the same car. It was for sale on one of those Internet classic cars for sale sites. I asked to come and see it in person and never got a response. Wanted me to pay 1/2 to that transaction company, she will then ship the car and title where I pay the other 1/2 when I get the car. I then emailed her back and advised her that I am a cop (which I am) and I would be investigating her for Internet Theft. She cussed me out in a return email, and I could never get in touch with her again. She or whoever it is has been apparently doing this for awhile.
