Screws are original. They look good in my opinion. As far as other options, you can do whatever you like. But if you need to remove the panel, screws are easy. Drill new holes as the old holes are probably worn out or too big. Okay, I have those screws. I think I have two sets. They just screw through the door panel into the door??? Doesn't that look kind of tacky???
