Look at the bright side, you didn't hit anything and nothing hit you !!! I had a similar incident with my S-10 pickup a couple of years back. Was backing out of the drive to go to work at 5:30 am ,hit the brake pedal and it went to the floor. Ended up in the neighbors front yard before I could get it stopped with the emergency brake. Front caliper brake line must have had a bubble in it and decided at that moment to burst. Made my day ! Ted
