[Chevelle-list] engine oil

Iam pretty sure this topic has already been discussed however, Iam not sure 
whats best for my car. My 70ss 396/350 looks and runs like its been rebuilt. I 
have no idea what cam is in it or whats been done to the inside of the engine. 
I wish there was some way to find out. It does not smoke or leak oil and the 
engine paint looks great. I'd like to know what yall think is the best engine 
oil for me to use. It only gets driven on the weekends when the weather is 
nice. Thank you. Bob
