I just wanted to give everyone an update on my chrome vertical quarter window
replacements. I contacted the vendor I bought them from and they claimed they
never heard of needing to cut these before. However as I said before other
vendors have this in a footnote that they would need to be cut about 1/2 inch.
I bought a dremel tool today and used the cutoff wheel. It worked great. I
was able to make a smooth straight cut and I just finished up the installation.
Another project complete.

Hello everyone,
I just bought some new chrome quarter window replacement pieces for my 65
Chevelle. They looked to be exact replacements but they are longer that the
stock pieces. I checked other vendors web sites and they have a footnote
saying they would need to be trimmed to fit. Has anyone had the experience of
doing this cut to fit on this type of part? I could use some help.
