How do we deal with it? We bought a Tootsie Roll distributor...hehe. Seriously, we have constant human vigilence on the litter boxes. Our cats are all "indoors" and the chihuahuas are never unsupervisored outdoors. We have urban coyotes and hawks/owls to contend with.

also) that my chis prefer to play in and eat the litter as opposed to
pottying in it...so I too am interested in knowing how any of you managed
this.
