Breeders;
I have been on line to many breeders web sites and they have an adoption application.The other day I wrote in an e-mail that we do not have an adoption application.The reason being bad people (daaaah) lie.
I forgot to tell you that we do a background check .No we don't buy the $50 ones on line , but there is a free website that we type in the persons name and/or D.O.B. and it tells us each and every time this person has been arrested in our county in the past 5 years it gives details of what crime(s) they are accused of and even has a Pic so you don't deign adoption to the wrong guy .You can find this link in your area by going to your local TV website or to your state and local Police web sites .Here is the link for Pillsbury county Florida .
On my yahoo groups chihuahuavill site in the files section I'm going to start a database for all these web sites so breeders and rescues can do a free background check on buyers .Also is their any data bases that I can link to for people convicted of animal cruelty .If not I might tackle that too .
But I will need your help .Please, if you are interested or if you have any links I can use let me know.That poor chi thrown under the wheels has lit a fire in my heart not just for my dogs who I have ALWAYS protected but for all dogs .
