My baby must be different. Ive been trying to get her use to the kennel to get ready for the move but she wants nothing to do with it. I give her her treats ONLY in the kennel, I have put her toys in the kennel, nothing seems to work. i even took us her bed and put all her baby blankets that she sleep on in the kennel and she still wants nothing to do with it. I did that for about 2 weeks straight and finally gave up. She would go as far as to sleep on her peepee pad. She has never slept in it and if i close the door she'll go crazy. She really hates that thing. She would much rather have her bed so we decided we'll just have to put her in the 1/2 bath with a baby gate up while we move. Anyone have any ideas that may change her mind about her crate?

I think a lot of people have a hard time believing this until they actually have a chi. They think people are cruel because their little baby is in a kennel. It doesn't take long for a new chi owner to realize....they truly do LOVE their kennels!!!!  lol

Bunny has a kennel that is where she sleeps at night. She also gets kenneled when we have to run to the store or go out for dinner.
It is HER SPACE, it has her toys and her sheet and bed. I don't allow anyone to mess with her when she is in her kennel. She LOVES her kennel.

When she gets tired at night she goes and gets in it, it is soooo cute.

Hope that helps
Bunny and Stevie
