Hi Kim. Just take it slow and don't force her. Being that she came 
from a puppy mill, she's probably not used to be "handled". Try to 
keep the excitement at a minimum for her for the first week or so. 
Baby talk to her and offer her treats. Try quietly sitting on the 
floor with a handful of treats. Let her come to you. And remember how
