Hi Marsha thanks for the info I it never even crossed my mind to treat him like a puppy!I am in the process of getting stuff together to "start over" with him.  I'll keep you posted on his progress. When he is out and about, the first sign of looking for a place to potty, give a stern NO and take him to where you want him to go. Stay there until he does go. I have stood in one spot for a half hour before!
