I think you explained that beautifully and very clearly. I had never thought about it much before. Its true, if we want the qualities that make us love the chihuahua breed, its important not to breed those qualities out or dilute them beyond recognition.
I'm no dog snob, thats for sure. My chi isn't full bred, neither is my poodle for that matter. But when I do go for a full chihuahua?
