Some dogs just love to eat poop. Over the years, a lot of different kinds of dogs, and different vets, the answer has been the same, "Some dogs just love to eat poop, there is nothing you can do about it."

One being, as soon as our outside door opens, he darts out and runs across the street to grandma and grandpas!
