hello all,
Please do not worry my sweet boy is safe.

I am writing because at my local supermarket (I live in a small upstate town
near Woodstock) A man had his two malteses in the car and came out it discover
them stolen.(one 9 years old, one 3 yrs)?Everytime I read the note in there it
brings me to tears. (its been a few days but I shop daily)This man had just
lost his wife of many years recently and now this. I do not know him but I
think I will call him tomorrow to see how he is.
I wonder if anyone has any good ideas for trying to find them. One worst case
scenario?is the thiefs were passing through from NYC and brought them down
there ever to be lost. But I keep thinking maybe they are somewhere up here and
since its kind of small townsy maybe someone will have seen something. It may
sound insane but if (God Forbid!) it were my Henry, I would never stop looking
for him.
I did call the local shelters and told my vets to be on the look out. It so
sad, I feel like there should be some sort of Amber alert system. (ok that
sounds nuts but its how I feel).
Please send all your love and prayers to this poor man. I am not sure how he is
coping without his babies.
Anyone with any good ideas please write. And please please be careful. Even if
the window is open a bit?you can still lock the car. Most people woud not put
their arm in?with a barking dog in the car. Better yet put 'em in your coat or
leave them home.
Sorry to have an awful story.

best,
michelle and henry
