Michelle, I lived in Hyde Park for 12 years and know what you mean about their being lost if they went to NYC. My daughter lives in NYC and I worry about her every day! Anyway, I hope your neighbor finds his dogs, my thoughts and prayers are with them all. I also hope he leaves them at home or takes them inside with him in the future - although I have to admit I've also left my three for "just a minute" a time or two when I shouldn't have but didn't plan appropriately!
