Second, if there has been a sac for two hours and no pup delivered yet, you may be in trouble. Get to a vet. The pup may be too big to deliver and will suffocate before delivery and could even kill mom if she is trying to pass a too big pup. If she is not in distress, then she could simply be too tired already to fight it. This is too long for the sac to be out without a delivery. I have to get off line now, Or I would stay on and help talk you through this, but since I got to get off, I strongly suggest you join one of those groups for some help! I know the owner of this group does not generally like other groups to be promoted here, but under the circumstances, I am hoping she will understand. My top suggestion...call a vet now.
