not a dumb question :-) I figured everyone knew by now, lol. I am Deaf, so I can not hear on the phone. I do use a TTY and captell, but since I was the only one to stay with Ginger, I was afraid to leave her for the amount of time it would take to make a relay call...not to mention, not many Deaf people around here and most people hang up on relays calls because they don't know what it is.
