She has probably ruptured some disc or possibly vertebrae. She needs an
anti-inflammatory, and x-rays will not show the problem L The problem is that
if the spinal cord is compressed for a certain amount of time, the damage is
permanent and possibly deadly. If the spinal cord starts to die, the only
option will be to put her down, because all organs will start shutting down. I
am so sorry to hear this, it reminds me of what I went through with Pita… L--em

Subject: [ Chihuahuas ] I,m so mad hurt Dachshund
I.m sorry but i,m very mad at this time.The people next door just called me to
come over and please look at there dog a dachshund 15 years old.OK hir it
is.She jumped of the bed Monday and can not move,she is in pain i seen that she
can not use her front legs.They wanted me to tell them what to do.Hallo any
body in there brain.I told her she better hurry and get her to the Vet.She sad
she has to wait to in the morning don't have the money to take her to ER vet.So
she wants me to go with her in the morning and take her to my vet.
I will go with her.Is there any think that she can give her to make her feel
better to in the morning? Ma by a 1/4 of a baby aspirin?I feel so sorry for the
poor dog.I did not feel any think on her spine but I know she needs X-rays.
