Yea, it's too bad that some breeders breed over the standard weight of 6 pounds. It seems like there are more and more oversized Chis out there. They still make wonderful, great pets but all breeders need to stick to the standard size so that we can keep the Chihuahua the "smallest breed" there is. Stefanie
