Actually that is partly true...BUT...if you feed a smaller, younger fish or use 
a fish oil from a smaller fish the mercury levels most likely are not an 
issue...sardines...tuna, not albacore, and organically farm raised salmon have 
been shown to carry little to no mercury...fish oil can be a very good 
thing...just the right kind of fish!!! Wild caught and the larger Albacore as 
well as Bonita and larger fish are harvested when larger and older...so more 
mercury. If you find farm raised but fed organic thats the best...lots of 
companies sell the organically farm raised salmon now...a bit pricey but a 
GREAT 
option...for us as well as the pups!

Every good idea is worthy, regardless of how new the member is :-) The
fish oil was at one time, highly recommended....that has changed some now,
as in recent years there has been a concern of mercury in the fish....
