Emiliano had a reaction to the Frontline (and Advantage), I wouldn't use any of those medications that come in a tube and are put on the dog's skin, between the shoulder blades. The vet has now changed him to medication taken orally - Heartgard Plus (prevent heartworms) and Comfortis (for fleas). He takes both without any problem. We have fleas in Central Texas almost year round, so I give him a monthly dosage. Gloria
