I don't have a clue. I gathered they were speaking about the hotels that don't allow pets. We always stay in pet friendly hotels/motels and never get asked any questions. That is why they are pet friendly, they don't care why

I know that since I have a service dog I have had people come up to me asking me if she is a real service dog as she is so full of energy that she can be a bit hyper at times or they think that just because she is a small dog that she cant be a service dog. You can read up on the laws, basically if you take them they have to be able to sit when you command, lay down on command and in restraunts if you take them big dogs have to lay on the ground and little dogs can sit beside you if they behave...there are other rules to but I am not sure what all they are.
