I stay concerned about weight. I am diabetic and had a light stroke in July, 2009. I am fully recovered but now I walk everyday--if no other way I go to a large store, get a cart and walk. I have lost 30 pounds and in size 12 jeans for the first time in many , many years !!!!!!! And I am 78 years old and most days feel so good and Pedro and Chico are so sweet and help me so Much.. I love to walk and will be happy when spring comes so I can get out side more. I have 4 grown children and 7 grand children all grown except sons 3 boys--14, 9 and Bode will be seven next Wed. He is with me today. The day after Thanksgiving , a boy kicked a brick from a tree house and it hit Bode in the head--a horrible time but he is fine--had 12 stitches in top of head. but he started toothache Tuesday so I took him to his dentist and filling was cracked so he had partial root canal and crown on tooth. Well the gum is still sore so I had to go to school and bring him here--dentst said this was normal Thanks for listening to me rant--would love to know more about all my friends. Ann in NC.
