It's late at night, and I probably shouldn't be posting when I'm so tired. Lorena, I hope you feel better in the morning & aren't too shaken up from your accident. As for Monster not liking the hard sided carrier, I had a little Chi boy who also absolutely hated to be crated. But for his sake, I still put him in a hard sided crate whenever we got on the road. It just takes a second for an accident to happen. So it is better to have a sulky Chihuahua (who will get over it once the car ride is over) than a tragedy.
