Hi Beth....your little Smidge sound so precious and really glad she seems to be
improving.  Wow, Chassis IS really tiny (but apparently does not know i with
her Rottweiler mentality - ha).   I have seen since I first asked, the picture
you posted of him (very handsome) and Ori has very nice markings. It sounds
like he feels has hit the jackpot making it into your happy pack and
maybe tickled he is the only guy amongst all the females. Lucky guy in more
ways than one.  I'm sure many dogs do just fine being a singulardog in their
family, but most probably really do enjoy the pack atmosphere of being with
others of their own species and who could  blame them.

Hi Lynn, Yes my sweet Smidge is on the mend!! Of all my dogs Smidge is the
sweetest of them all. She is the one that will go up to visitors, and just a
lover.. Chassis is my pistol!! She is a Rottweiler in disguise, all 2.8oz of
her!!
Ori is a sable, He has a mask with some black, but his paper work says sable.
He is a Phalene Pap, his ears stay down and not up like the Chi's.
He is a very mellow Pap, as I was reading they can be very active. He has a
beautiful coat, very silkie. Funny thing I have had females for so long, I am
not use to the water hose yet!!LOL

Poor little girl Smidgen. I hope so much she'll come out of this all right and
healthy again.  Your new little guy sounds adorable.  Is he black and white?  I
don't know much about Papillons, except they always seem so good natured and
usually black and white markings.  Is that so or am I thinking of another
breed?  He sounds wonderful and fit in so well and quickly with the rest of the
gang.

Well I took the day off yesterday to take Chassis and Smidgen in for there
teeth cleaning, & shot s. Smidgen couldn't have either done. she has pneumonia
and congestional heart failer. The kennel cough went to pneumonia. She has
always had a heart mumur. So she is on some strong medication, and next to a
vaporizer.. Chassis is all good and 5 teeth less!! & I am 500.00 poorer!! &
Smidge still needs her shots and teeth done!!! Yikes. Oh and I have a newbie!!
I got a Papillon. He is 3 years old, and he is the perfect dog!! I got him for
free!! "its a good thing too, cause I thought I would have some extra money
from taxes to buy one, but with Smidge sick, I used it on her.
His name is Ori, and he is 3 years old. He is neuterd, micro chipped, house
broke! He is so good.. He gets along with the girls. He is very mellow, and he
sleeps at the foot of the bed.. I really lucked out with him!! So now I have my
Pack. I am happy!!! Poor but happy..
