Possibly. I sure hope she isn't serious!

Not to mention that they are susceptible to attacks by predators like owls,
raccoons, coyotes, hawks and many others. Perhaps this is a Troll?

Hi all,
Am new to the group and basically a new Chi owner as well. I have had Lucy
for 1 year this month. She is a rescue, found in my yard nearly dead. To
the
point, I was thinking of making her an outside pet but not sure if she
would
fair well. Temps lately have reached 100 here in southern Oklahoma. Any
thoughts or comments will be most appreciated.
Mary
