I don't want to start up the war of "Raw vs. Cooked", but I'd like some advice
about cooked homemade food.
Now that I have my new love Emma Rose and my old loves, Koby and Joe, I am on a
super healthy kick - for ME too!!
So, tomorrow I'm going to throw in the crock pot chicken tenders, chicken
livers, split peas, carrots, celery, green bell pepper, (human) baby uncooked
rice, broccoli (although I'm worried about the gas it causes ? ), chicken
stock, ground flax seed. Once everything is cooked, I'll put it in the blender.
Then package it up and freeze it.
Does that sound okay to you guys? Am I missing any main ingredients? Or should
I take something out?
Next time, I'll use ground turkey, then fish, etc.
So what do you think?
