Hi Joan, You've given me an idea. We have hardwood floors in the house with area rugs andd he just loves those area rugs. I was going to get a length of really cheep outdoor runner (the kind they have at Home D) something I could unroll along the length of the kitchen floor so he could get more traction as he races around. I'd be able to roll it back up when we're done playing. Maybe I should try cutting a square of it and try putting it under the puppy pad. That would make it more squishy. Couldn't hurt...might help!
