Oh, my! That sweet Chihuahua looks like Dolly. I got another email today from someone about a teenager that got mad and threw four puppies at the wall in her rage. I think it is good that most places have laws against this stuff and I hope that the perpetrators get locked up for a long time…I know CA is releasing people from the state prisons because they don’t have room…makes me wonder what will happen to this man.
