I must have missed the original post on this. This guy is another sickie in the world. Yet in the video he has a lab statue with welcome on it, as if he loves dogs. Last year NY passed a bill and it is now a federal offense to willfully harm a dog or a cat. A person will not only get fined, but 3yrs in the fed pen. I hope LA has such a law.
