Hello: I believe what your son who is a Deacon in the Church is referring to is the following: Leviticus 19:28 which says, "Ye shall not make any cuttings in your flesh for the dead, nor print any marks upon you: I am the Lord." I know my son-in-law has lots including one for him mom.

Each monthly anniversary, I release helium-filled balloons (one with a "love note" stuck inside it), knowing that it will get through the "atmosphere" (!??) and almost all the way to heaven; then he can reach down and grab it!!
