Thanks Ann. I looked up a couple of them, and if I am reading the charts right, you need to know how much the pup weighed at birth to get an idea of how big it will grow. Most people don't have that info. They usually know the weight at 6-8 wks when they take it to the vet.
If you just look a 8wk old pup, even if it was born at 2.5 oz. it says it should weigh 11 ounces and shouldn't be bigger then 2 lbs at 18 months. Emiliano at 8 wks weighed 8 ounces., and is now 6.75 lbs.
