It was hard on me to come home to no Miki... However, on the plus side, she was really a royal pain to trim (I couldn't afford to take her out!) and her feet shaving was just awful! She was small and it took me several hours to trim her... About every 3 weeks. It was hard, but again, when thinking of the sweat and pain of those trims and she hated every second of them... I think it helped that I wasn't home, so I didn't have hysterics or anything.. Just deeply saddened. Also, she was probably the dumbest dog I ever saw! She was nearly completely brainless. Plus, I was really tired of her bringing in her kills... Squirrels, mice, etc. She was like that cat and brought them in and ate them. You can see I'm still trying to talk myself into not missing her too much. Ceci is just so perfect! She helped immensely. And, she's not a dumb bell like Mikki was. Of course she hasn't found anything dead yet to roll in either!
