Hi Diana I think you definitely need a new vet .  Someone who is a vet because 
they live animals .  I had a Pomeranian who bit the vet once and she sure 
didn't react like that .  ( although she wasn't happy lol ).  Maybe
You could muzzle him when you take him to the vet or tell them to .  And 
putting him on his side to give him a Vax is not common either .  Sounds like 
she is trying to show him who is boss like that trainer does , Cesar Milan . 
But doing it in the vet office when he is already scared is stupid .  When I 
take
My Great Pyrenees to the vet I always
tell them to muzzle him cuz I know my dog .   You def need a new vet .  
If your dogs fight at mealtime try feeding them each in their own place , away 
from each other .
