Maybe the fields aren't marked correctly.
Perhaps try uploading a CVS from another Baofeng from someone on the list.
I use the same CSV file in all my radios, usually different brands accept the
same fields.
But I wouldn't upload an IMG from a different model, just the CSV.

Programming seems to work ok. Can download from the radio, make changes and
upload successfully. Using a.usb cable on win 10 with latest chirp update.
Just no xmit. Receive works ok. Will try downloafing from another radio same
