Issue 1994: Properties in window.navigator do not survive GC

New issue report by [EMAIL PROTECTED]:
Set some custom properties in window.navigator.
Now trigger a garbage collection.
The custom properties are now lost.
See the repro case attached.
A problem was reported with properties being lost on window.navigator, this
is likely the cause.
