I think there is some value in remembering which certificate errors the  
user has
decided to click through.  Presenting the certificate warning UI over and  
over again
for the same error trains users to ignore our warning UI.

Maybe a reasonable solution is to remember the user's choices for some  
amount of time
(like 30 days?) instead of just until the user closes the browser (which is  
what we
do today).
