Hmm... That's interesting.

Do you see a file in %SystemRoot% called MEMORY.DMP?

Or maybe the folder is in a different location... Can you right-click My  
Computer \
Properties \ Advanced tab, and under "Startup and Recovery" press the  
Settings
button?

At the bottom of that screen there are two things of interest.
1) The type of memory dump (small/kernel memory)
2) the directory it writes to (ie. %SystemRoot%\Minidump)

Make sure the type is not set to None and check the directory listed  
(assuming it is
not %SystemRoot%\Minidump). You might also want to uncheck "Automatically  
restart" so
that instead of rebooting it will make you press the power button after a  
blue screen
and show you some debug information when this occurs. Note: Changing these  
values may
require a reboot to take effect.
