There is a way to get it though, by following this article: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/244139 The article describes how to configure Windows to allow you to generate a blue screen by pressing the right Ctrl + Scroll Lock + Scroll Lock. Pretty nifty. :) The page has two sets of instruction, depending on whether you have a USB keyboard or a PS/2 one (see the "More Information" section on the page). Also, you should follow the section "How to select memory dump file options" and set it to Kernel Memory Dump. Then reboot, get it to lock up and use (right) Ctrl + Scroll Lock + Scroll Lock. Make sure you use the Ctrl on the right, not the one on the left.
