I'm not so sure this problem is related to purging, I just got a chance to  
check my
Cookies sqlite database at work (running 0.3.154.5) and it only had 977  
records.  If
this was a purging issue it should have at least 1000 items in it (since it  
will
delete 100 once I hit 1100).

Also, I've noticed that Chrome is now displaying multiple versions of the  
same cookie
(screenshot attached).  Some of the duplicate cookies (OAID) have the same  
values,
and other (OACBLOCK) do not.  None of the cookies are expired, and all have  
different
creation times (as you can see in the screen shot).  I would assume that  
this is
related, but it may be a separate issue.
