Easychess -- based on my tests, it all depends on where your taskbar is.   
(Why, I
don't know, since this is the first application I've ever experienced that  
has
problems maximizing!  I don't see what the big problem is...)

So, if you move your taskbar to your "non-primary, monitor 2" (which would  
be the one
on your left), you'll get a better result (not perfect, but much better).   
Or you can
make your left monitor the primary, and put the taskbar on the right one.
