Comment #79 by deltachipsi: The people that say it is working is because they have disabled the Smart Taskbar. It is simply not worthwhile to use Ultramon without the Smart Taskbar (that's one of the reasons why you have multiple monitors-- So you can delegate applications to each monitor). Anyways, has anyone progressed towards a fix for this?
