Comment #3 by cwt.tong: I switch chrome to default browser, CLOSE ALL chrome windows, and click on a received link in live messenger 9 beta, chrome.exe runs, but the window could not be shown. However, if I start chrome first, and click on the received link in live messenger, the link can be opened in a new tab.
