As I already posted some time ago, I am facing the same problem. Running 0.3.154.9 (beta) or 0.4.154.23 (dev) does not make any difference for me either. The problem persists. However, yesterday I installed SRWare Iron 0.3.155.0 (http://www.srware.net/en/ software_srware_iron.php) which is based on the source code of Chromium. I was very surprised too see that "their" browser does not have the problem. Maximizing on my second monitor works just fine now.
