I've just discovered (I think) why I'm not experiencing the same symptoms as I used to - I'm on Chromium not Chrome - when I loaded Chrome, I experienced the failing to maximise again. I'm running Chromium 0.3.155.0 (The logo is all blue, not red, yellow etc.) using Comment 77, I'm set up in situation 3B/4B (Taskbar on primary (higher) with additional taskbar (UltraMon) on secondary, both horizontal bottom edge) -- You received this message because you are listed in the owner or CC fields of this issue, or because you starred this issue.
