@venkat, I think raido.kaju's reproduction steps are as follows:

1. Launch TrayIt.
2. Launch Chrome.
      (Chrome does NOT have to be listed as "Place in System Tray")
3. Right-mouse-click on the red "X" close button in the top-right corner of  
the Chrome window.

Expected Result:
The Chrome window will minimize to system tray showing the default  
application icon, and can
be restored when double-clicking or single-clicking on the tray icon  
(number of clicks
dependent on the TrayIt setting).
