Can you try the following two steps and report the result? - Open a command prompt. Run "set TMP=<directory-path within quotes>", where directory-path is full path to any directory where you have write permission. Now run ChromeSetup.exe from this command prompt. - Download http://build.chromium.org/buildbot/continuous/LATEST/mini_installer.exe.
