Here goes the log for "chrome_installer.exe".
I have not changed the value for TMP, by default I have:
TEMP=C:\DOCUME~1\Oleg\CONFIG~1\Temp
TMP=C:\DOCUME~1\Oleg\CONFIG~1\Temp
Let me know if you need to run extra tests.
