URLs (if applicable) : Every page longer than the screen (so you have to
scroll to view everything)

Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
IE 7: OK
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click Middle-mouse-button
2. move the mouse down (the page will automatically scroll down)
3. scroll up (while autoscroll is still enabled)
What is the expected result?
Autoscroll will stop, and the page will scroll up
What happens instead?
Autoscroll continues 'going down'
